Meet The Team at Sands Chiropractic

Jennifer Sands,
Wellness Advocate
Jennifer’s passion for healthy living grew from personal experience. Watching natural care transform her own family’s health inspired her to share that knowledge with others and help patients discover what it means to live a vibrant, active life full of adventure.
As a biology and chemistry major, mom of three, and wife of Dr. Justin, Jennifer brings both a scientific foundation and a deeply personal perspective to her role at Sands Chiropractic. She knows firsthand how impactful the right wellness choices can be for the whole family.
What Jennifer loves most about her work is seeing patients thrive: losing weight, moving without pain, and building real strength. Outside the practice, she can often be found with her animals or planning her next trip, with fishing in Canada at the top of her list.

Nicole Allen,
Chiropractic Assistant & Certified Personal Trainer
Nicole has been passionate about health and wellness since childhood. Growing up receiving chiropractic adjustments after injuries from competitive gymnastics gave her a firsthand appreciation for natural care, and that experience has shaped the way she shows up for patients every day at Sands Chiropractic.
Before joining the team, Nicole spent six years as a veterinary technician, where she built her skills in patient care while serving families and their animals in the community. She brings that same dedication and warmth to her work as a chiropractic assistant and certified personal trainer.
What drives Nicole most is watching people improve their overall health over time. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, working out alongside her husband, and spending time with her family.

March Staight,
Massage Therapist
March brings over a decade of hands-on experience to the Sands Chiropractic team, along with a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. Her path to massage therapy was a calling rooted in curiosity and a deep respect for the complexity of the human body. She finds it both humbling and motivating that while pain may look similar from person to person, the story behind it is always unique.
In 2018, March became licensed and has since built her skills across a variety of settings, including resorts, spas, and chiropractic offices, where she found her true home. Her background as a certified nursing aide gave her experience working with an exceptionally wide range of clients, from toddlers and pregnant women to seniors and competitive athletes.
She specializes in both relaxation and deep tissue massage, always tailoring her approach to fit each person’s needs and comfort level.
What drives March most is witnessing the moment a patient’s life begins to shift. Pain doesn’t just affect the body; it affects mood, sleep, daily routines, and overall quality of life. When a patient returns to share that their pain has eased and they’re coming in regularly for wellness care, that’s the moment that makes everything worthwhile.
When she’s not at the practice, March loves to travel and take in new landscapes and local cuisines from around the world. She’s a devoted fan of classic Korean and Chinese martial arts romantic comedies, and she’s always up for a karaoke session, confidence fully intact regardless of the notes.
If you’re ready to take a step toward feeling better, March and the team at Sands Chiropractic are here to help. Contact us today to schedule your massage therapy session!
